Sept. 19, 2015 Skeeters vs Camden Riversharks

Today the Skeeters invited the 3rd place Little League World Series Team from Pearland, Texas.  The Head Coach for the team, Andrew Solomon threw out a pitch for tonight.
The Camden Riversharks started off the night with 3 runs including an RBI home run by #27 Joel Guzman, scoring in #3 Carlos Guzman.
In the third inning the Skeeters pitcher #7 Brett Marshall was caught baching, the players advanced bases, putting a man on second and third in scoring position.  Neither team scored in this inning.
In the fifth inning there was men left on bases by both teams.
In the 8th inning Skeeters changed pitchers, #18 Adrian Martin.  The eight inning the Camden Riversharks left 2 men on bases.  The Skeeters, #6 Patrick Palmeiro made an awesome catch at third to make the out.   Chris Wallace hit an RBI to bring in #14 Jeff Dominguez to score the first run for the Skeeters.
Top of the 9th Skeeters once again changed pitchers to bring in #22 Andy Johnston.  Camden’s #47 Zach MacPhee scored when #2 Michael Rockett hit a triple RBI. Left one man on. Bottom of the 9th the Camden Riversharks changed pitchers #23 Matt Gorgen.  The Skeeters scored one more time when #6 Patrick Palmeiro hit a Home Run to left field.  Skeeters loaded the bases hoping for a miracle, but came up short when John Limonta struck out to end the inning.  Riversharks 4 and Skeeters 2.
Cameden 4 runs, 6 hits, 1 error  and  Skeeters 2 runs, 6 hits, 2 errors.
