SABERCATS VS NEW YORK UNITED

Tonight is Major League Rugby at Constellation Field in Sugar Land. The Houston SaberCats will host New York United and the Theme for tonight is “Bark at the Park”. Fans will be allowed to bring their pets to the game and the SPCA will also be there if anyone wants to adopt a pet. Man’s best friend will be around the stadium meeting new friends.

The officials for tonight’s game Ben Crouse, Greg Varnell, Gavin McCandless. New York United scored the first Try, the conversion by #10 Cathal Marsh. The score United 7 and SaberCats 0. New York United received a penalty allowing the SaberCats to get on the board to make the score United 7 and SaberCats 3. New York United scored another Try by #7 James Denise and Conversion by #10 Cathal Marsh. New York United 14 and Houston SaberCats 3 at half.

New York United scored ten minutes into the game Try by #7 James Denise and Conversion by #10 Cathal Marsh. United scored again in the next three minutes, Try by #7 Ben Foden, Conversion #10 Marsh. The score put the United up 28 to Houston SaberCats 3. New York came into the second half with tackles and making the Houston SaberCats make quick plays which turned into mistakes and scores for New York. Houston SaberCats scored a Try, unfortunately the conversion was missed by #10 Sam Windsor. The New York United scored the final Try by #23 Gavan D’amore-morrison and Conversion by #14 Connor Wallace-Sims.

The Score: Houston SaberCats 8, New York United 35.
