DYNAMO VS MINNESOTA UNITED FC

Today at BBVA Compass Stadium, the Houston Dynamo vs Minnesota United FC, the Dynamo have no losses at home.  They will take on the Minnesota United FC team and will try to keep the winning streak going.  Winning tonight will give the Dynamo four wins in their first four games since 2013.  The Minnesota United have a old team member of Dynamo that will be returning to BBVA since last year, midfielder Collen Warner, played for Dynamo.  The Dynamo have had a rough time on the road, they come in with a loss to New England  Revolution.  Minnesota is coming in with their first win in franchise history on April 1 with a 4-2 defeat of Real Salt Lake in Minneapolis.  Minnesota is one of Major League Soccer’s newest expansion teams.

In the first half, 14th minute the Dynamo scored, #19 Mauro Manotas, putting the Dynamo on the score board first. Dynamo 1, Minnesota United FC 0.  In the 16th minute Minnesota’s #21 Christian Ramirez, missed a goal off to the side.  In the 25th minute #31 Joe Willis of the Dynamo made an excellent save against Minnesota’s #21 Christian Ramirez when he attempted to score a goal against the Dynamo.  In the 35th minute a yellow card was issued to Minnesota’s #3 Jerome Thiesson.  In the 41st minute the Minnesota United made a substitution due to injury, #20 Rasmus Schuller coming out and #10 Miguel Ibarra coming in.  In the 42nd minute #17 Alberth Elis scored a goal with the assist of #27 Boniek Garcia, for the Dynamo.  In 44th minute Minnesota had to substitute the goalie #33 Bobby Shuttleworth due to a head injury, #1 John Alvbage came in as goalie for Minnesota United.  The first half ended with Dynamo 2, Minnesota 0.

In the second half, 46th minute #21 Christian Ramirez scored for Minnesota United to put them on the board.  In the 57th minute Dynamo made a substitution #13 Ricardo Clark coming out and #16 Kevin Garcia coming in.  In the 58th minute Minnesota’s #11 Johan Venegas scored a goal to tie the game at 2 goals each team.  The Dynamo made another substitution in the 61st minute, #19 Mauro Manotas coming out and #10 Vicente Sanchez coming in.   Minnesota has controlled the second half of the game scoring 2 points on the Dynamo team.  In the 76th minute the Dynamo made another substitution #17 Alberth Elis out of the game and #12 Romell Quioto in.   Minnesota was issued another yellow card in the 85th minute #14 Brent Kallman.  Minnesota made a substitution in the 89th minute #18 Kevin Molino coming out and #9 Abu Danladi coming in.  Minnesota was issued a yellow card to #11 Johan Venegas in stoppage time.  The game ended in a tie, Dynamo 2, Minnesota 2.
