In the 84th minute the Spirit made their final substitution #17 Cali Farquharson coming out and #27 Line Jensen coming in. In the 89th minute #7 Kealia Ohai scored a goal with the assistance of #22 Stephanie Ochs. The score Houston Dash 1 and the Washington Spirit 2. There was 3 minutes added to the end of the 90 minute period but the Houston Dash could not add any more points to the score.
