Tonight is a late night, Concacaf Gold Cup 2017 is holding a double header at BBVA Compass Stadium, the second game is Honduras vs. French Guiana.   In this game we will see three Dynamo players, Oscar Boniek and Romell Quioto and Alberth Elis playing for Honduras.  Both teams started fast on the field, getting the crowd on their feet and screaming for their team.  In this game the captain for French Guiana will be #15 Florent Malouda, a previous world cup player.

The teams have been playing hard in the first half, there was a yellow card issued to the team Guiana.  At the end of the first half the score is tied, Honduras 0 and Guiana 0.   How will the teams strategize the second half of the game to get some points on the board?

In second half  #14 Oscar Boniek came in for #16 Ovidio Lanza in Honduras team.  Honduras fell short of a goal when #7 Carlos Discua sent the ball over the goal post in the 59th minute of the game.  Honduras’ goalie #1 saved an incredible ball going directly into the goal in the 63rd minute.  The second half has been rough, in the 67th minute Honduras’ #5 Ever Alvarado was issued a yellow card.  Then, in the 76th minute #12 Romell Quioto was issued a yellow card.  The game has been so intense and physical there was a yellow card issued to Guiana’s #14 Gregory Lescot.   There was a substitution for Guiana in the 81st minute #7 Anthony Soubervie came off the game, #11 Roy Contout came in for the remainder of the game.  There was three minutes added to the second half of the game.  The score still a tie at this point.

The final score for the game was a draw,  Honduras 0 and French Guiana 0.  It was a physical game, but neither team was able to score.
