October 18, 2015 Houston Dynamo vs.Seattle Sounders FC

Today the Houston Dynamo celebrate the 10th season in maybe the last game of the season.  The Dynamo take on the Seattle Sounders at BBVA Compass Stadium.  Attending will be some prominent members of the early years and will be there for pre and post game festivities.
The Dynamo are holding on to a small hope, with two games left in regular season, to make playoffs.

The first half started and in the 7th minute Dynamo’s #12 Will Bruin attempted the first goal but missed.  In the 8th minute there was a corner kick by Dynamo’s #11 Brad Davis.  In the 11th minute Dynamo’s #12 Will Bruin attempted another shot for a goal.  In the 16th minute Seattle’s #9 Obafemi Martins attempted a goal but came up short hitting too much to left of goal.  In the 38th minute of the game Seattle’s #8 Gonzalo Pineda was given a yellow card.  The first half ended with Dynamo 0 and Seattle 0.

In 47th minute Seattle’s #2 Clint Dempsey attempted a shot for a goal and was blocked by Dynamo’s #1 Tyler Deric.  In the 54th minuted a yellow card was issued to Seattle’s #23 Andreas Ivanschiltz.   In the 62nd minute Seattle substitution came when #28 Erik Friberg went out and #5 Andy Rose came in.  In the 63rd minute Houston Dynamo’s # 8 Luis Garrido was issued a yellow card for a foul.  In the 64th minute Houston Dynamo’s #13 Ricardo Clark scored a goal with the assistance of #11 Brad Davis.  In the 68th minute substitution for Seattle out #8 Gonzalo Pineda and in #19 Chad Barrett.  In the 70th minute Seattle’s #19 Chad Barrett fouled and was issued a yellow card.  In the 74th minute Houston Dynamo’s substitution was #33 Leonel Miranda out and #14 Alex is in the game.  In the 81st minute a goal by the Seattle Sounders #9 Obafemi Martns.  In the 82nd minute substitution for Seattle, out #15 Dylan Remick and in #20 Zach Scott.  In the 87th minute substitution for the Houston Dynamo out #12 Will Bruin and #19 Mauro Manotas in the game.  In the 88th minute Seattle’s #2Clint Dempsey attempted a goal but was blocked by Houston’s #1 Tyler Deric.  In the 90th minute Houston Dynamo’s substitution, out #11 Brad Davis, in #3 Rob Lovejoy.

The final score was Houston 1 and Seattle 1.  The postgame ceremony was great.  Farewell to the last game of the season was given by the Dynamo’s Coach Coyle and by the Houston Dynamo’s players, thanking all the loyal fans for their support all season.
