Houston Dash fall to the Seattle Reign FC

The Dash were under a severe rain delay, but that did not keep any of the fans away. The fans remained until the all clear was given to re-enter the stadium.  The fans are ready for the Houston Dash to take on the Seattle Reign FC.  The Dash are needing a win tonight, as they fight to stay in the playoffs. The last meeting the Reign FC defeated Houston in a come from behind win. The win clinched a playoff spot for Seattle and put them in the league lead.
The Dash player, Ella Masar, will not be playing tonight because she is under suspension (yellow card accumlation). Captain for the Houston Dash is #1 Erin McLeod, also goal keeper for tonight’s game and Hope Solo is Seattle Reign FC’s goal keeper.
Houston has been on Seattle’s side threatening to score, but with no success. Seattle has really been guarding well. In the 15th minute of the game the Dash had a corner kick opportunity but no goal came out of it. In the 16 minute mark #7 Kealia Ohai attempted a goal but was blocked by Hope Solo. In the 21st minute the Seattle Reign received a corner kick, but the Dash kept them from scoring. In the 27th minute #17  Beverly Yanez had an slight injury was out for a few minutes, then coming back in.  The Dash had another corner kick in the 29th minute still no score.  In the 33rd minute #1 Erin had a great save to keep the Seattle Reign still scoreless. The Seattle Reign in the 36 minute of the game had a substitution, #24 Katrine Veje for #17 Beverly Yanez. In the 40th minute #14 Jessica McDonald scored a goal but was overturned by the referee Matthew Kreitzer because she was offsides.  In the 41st minute Seattle Reign FC #8 Kim Little scored with assistance of Lauren Barnes.  There was a 2 minute stoppage time added to the first half.  Jessica Fishlock #10 came out of the game for an injury but returned right away after being looked at.  Penalty kick for Carli Lloyd right before the half was over the attempted goal was stopped by Hope Solo. The score at the end of the first half is Houston Dash 0 and Seattle Reign FC 1.
The Dash in the 47 minute had a substitution #21 Melissa Henderson  coming in for #6 Morgan Brian. Erin McLeod stopped another goal in the 50th minute as the Seattle attempted to score again. The Dash attempted to score from another corner kick. Once more Erin McLeod saved another point in 60th minute. In the 64th minute substitution for the Dash #15 Allysha Chapman coming for #13 Jen LaPonte. In the 73rd minute #8 Kim Little scored another goal for the Seattle Reign FC making it her 2nd goal of the night.  In the 74th minute the Dash made a substitution, #9 Camila for #14 Jessica McDonald.  The Seattle Reign Made another substitution in the 77th minute of the game, #7 Elli Reed coming in for #15 Megan Rapinoe. The Seattle Reign made another substitution #20 Mariah Bullock for #9 Merritt Mathias in the 80th minute of the game.  The 90th minute of the game #8 Kim Little scored once again for Seattle Reign FC.  Kim Little scored all 3 goals of the night to beat the Houston Dash.  The final score Houston Dash 0, the Seattle Reign FC 3.
