Tonight the Skeeters take on Lancaster, hoping to come back from a loss last night. The series is tied 1-1.
Lancaster’s yusuke kajimoto hitting right over second base to get on base. Kent Matthes hit to second base
to force yusuke kajimoto to retire the side. Kevin Russo grounded out, johan limonta hit towards shortstop,
making an error he was able to reach first base safely. Young reached 1st base by 2nd baseman being
overthrown (error) advancing johan to third base in position to score. Chris Wallace and Allan Dykstra
struck out to retire the side leaving two men on base to end the first inning. Lancaster’s Lance Zawadzki hit
a home run to right field putting the Barnstormers on the board. In third inning yusuke kajimoto got hit by ball
to put him on first. Roy Merritt struck out Kevin Rivers to retire the side and left one man on base. In the 4th
inning the Barnstormers scored two more runs, RBI by Galvez to bring Kent Matthes in and RBI by Lance
Zawadzki , which allowed Mike McDade to score to make the score 3-0. After the 4th inning neither team
scored. The Skeeters and Barnstormers had hits and men in scoring positions but no runs came in the rest
of the game. The final score was Lancaster 3 and Skeeters 0.
