The Sugarland Skeeters split the series 2-2 with the Camden Riversharks

This was a great series between to great teams the Sugarland Skeeters and Camden Riversharks  The Camden Riversharks would take the 1st 2 games from the Skeeters.  But the Skeeters would come back to win the next to home games and on the last game of the series.  Matt Wright would get the start for the Skeeters with an era of 2.25 and he would go for 5 innings and pitch 80 pitches.  Then the Skeeters would bring in Derek Blacksher to pitch 1 inning with only 9 pitches to get them through the 6th inning and then. The Skeeters would bring in Cory Vanallen for the 7th inning to only throw 9 pitches also.  And for the 8th inning the Skeeters would bring in Andrew Johnson to only throw 9 pitches to get them out of the inning.  The Skeeters would close out the night with there closer James Par.  So the Skeeters could get the win to tie the series 2-2 and that would put the Skeeters to a (4-3) record before they hit the road to take on the Long Island Ducks for a 3 game series.  They will be back at home on May 5th though the 7th for other 3 game series against the Somerset Patriots.  So if your in the Sugarland area come on out to support the Skeerters and here are some photos from the game and all photos done by Jeremy Fletcher of Bigshots Snapshots Media Group.
