The Texas Bowl 2013 Minnesota vs Syracuse

It was a great night for some football here at Reliant Stadium for the Texas Bowl  in Houston Texas.  Syracuse rallies in the 4th quarter to win the Texas Bowl 21-17.  Syracuse scored first in the 1st quarter to lead but Minnesota come back to take the lead in the 3rd quarter.  But Terrel Hunt of Syracuse takes the game into his own hands and scores the winning touchdown in the closing sec.  of the game and was also named m.v.p.  of the game. The Minnesota Gophers has become the first team to make a 2nd appearance in the Texas Bowl.  Some other facts about the game is that there was 4 fumbles 2 by Minnesota and 2 by Syracuse which ties the record.  Brisly Estimes 70yr punt return in the 4th quarter is the 2nd longest punt return in Texas Bowl History.  The Attendance was 32,327 was a great night  till next year.
